Environmental Education

"Take care of what you love". And to be able to love something, first you have to know it.

Environmnetal Education will help us in that process; understanding nature as a complex system and becoming aware of the role and importance of each element within that system: microorganisms, macroinvertebrates, algae, fungy, mammals, birds, plants...

AIZTI's Environmental Education activities can be performed by everybody, adapting them to each group's characteristics. But we will always give priority to carry them outdoors; because we know there is no better classroom than nature itself.

Interpretative nature tours

More and more people are coming to Sakana, either to immerse yourself in a festive atmosphere, enjoy quality food and products, to practice nature sports or rest in the wonderful rural houses. But, once visiting us, would you like to learn a little more about our environment?

Through a guided natural tour, in addition to enjoying the landscape, we will learn to interpret it: geology, climate, vegetation, fauna, land use, culture... If you would like to see the beauty of a place through the eyes of a local, don't hesitate to contact us ;)
